My wife and I had been thinking about a cottage property in the Simcoe/Muskoka area for approximately 2 years. We met Susan and Stephen outside of the usual real estate setting and had the opportunity to discuss our thoughts. They presented a number of potential options and opportunities. We met a short time later in the Muskoka area to peruse some available properties where they were able to quickly adapt to our needs and budget to find the perfect second home. We found them to be enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and quick to hone in on our wish/want/need list. After 12 viewings over the course of a Saturday they had found the perfect place within our budget. Three days it was ours. They guided us through the inspection, legal issues and closing seamlessly. Overall the experience was very enjoyable.
